A big antique silver tamburin necklace in gold-plated finish from the Philippines. These did not originally go together. The relicario is pretty interesting as it features a red cloth with sequins and gold-colored thread which is hard to find. I’ve seen them mostly in books. The back part even has paper turned brown over time.
The antique tamburin beads are big and detailed and we paired them with big vintage coral beads. It’s strung on silk thread and a new silver lock was added as this is 23.50 inches long. It’s been professionally cleaned and in good condition.
