A small antique 14K white gold ring with an old rosecut diamond. This 0.15 ct diamond has some inclusions typical of old diamonds. Rose cut are flat back diamonds with a few facets which give them a soft glow. In the Philippines, these are called “gulugud pagong” or turtle’s shell and they fall under the diamante diamond category.
This ring is originally white gold but has been dipped in gold. Traces of yellow gold has faded over time. It’s been gently cleaned and in good condition. This comes in a small ring size 4 and would also make a nice pinky ring.
