A small 14K white gold pendant with new blue topaz and antique old cut diamonds.  Originally acquired just the bottom part of this pendant with milgrain detail.  It has 2 small old diamonds- one is single cut and the other, an old mine cut.  We added a new blue topaz and a 14K gold bale.   Reminds me of winter.

The bale is big enough to fit most chains.  Chain NOT included.  It’s been professionally cleaned and in good condition.
