A big vintage 12K rose gold cross pendant with blue sapphires and diamonds. This most likely originated outside the Philippines.  The blue sapphires contain rutile silk- these are needle like crystals, making it a strong indicator that they are natural.  One small diamond stone was replaced at the end the cross and the price has been adjusted to reflect that but overall in good vintage condition.
